ckbb Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ckbb ("ckbb", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ckbb online gaming platform accessible at ckbb.io and all associated sub-pages, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform or creating a player account, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Section 1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ckbb, completing the ckbb Login process on any occasion, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms take precedence over any prior verbal or written agreements, representations, or understandings between you and ckbb relating to the Platform. ckbb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2 Eligibility

Use of the ckbb Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ckbb operates a strict 21+ policy. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing wagers on the Platform.
2. Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are considered a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4. Excluded Persons: You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from ckbb under a self-exclusion agreement, or whose account has been closed by ckbb for breach of these Terms.
5. No Prohibited Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

ckbb reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Section 3 Account Registration

To use the full features of the ckbb Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must create a registered player account via the ckbb Login registration flow. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.
• Keep your registration information up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to ckbb support promptly.
• Not use another person's identity, create fictitious identities, or register using false information.
• Maintain only one active account. If you discover a duplicate account exists under your identity, you must notify ckbb immediately.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

ckbb applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number).

KYC verification is a one-time process unless your personal details change or ckbb's compliance team requests updated documentation. Accounts that fail verification may have withdrawals suspended and, in cases of confirmed identity fraud, will be permanently closed with funds reported to the relevant authority.

Section 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ckbb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ckbb account balance instantly upon confirmation of the mobile money transfer. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected in your balance. ckbb does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on any day will be processed and dispatched to your nominated payment method the same day, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has passed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount does not include uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• No active fraud investigation is ongoing in respect of your account.
• The withdrawal is directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.

ckbb does not impose withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside ckbb's control. ckbb reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for additional verification in line with its AML obligations.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wager amounts, bonus values, and displayed figures on the ckbb Platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed with the ৳ symbol. No foreign currency conversion is applied by ckbb. Players funding accounts via international Visa or Mastercard may experience currency conversion at their card issuer's prevailing rate; ckbb has no visibility or control over issuer exchange rates.

Section 5 Bonuses & Promotions

ckbb offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the specific promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may only be fulfilled by playing games that are listed as eligible under the specific promotion. Wagers placed on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated promotional validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse: ckbb reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.

Section 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ckbb Platform are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of a wager before confirming it. ckbb will not reverse or void a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error unless the bet was placed on an event that is subsequently declared void under these rules or the game provider's rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on ckbb include BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI and Test matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers, and other international fixtures. Additional sports may be available from time to time. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Matches abandoned due to weather, venue changes, or force majeure after the commencement of play will be settled in accordance with the official rules of the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket).
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced at the time of placement due to a data feed error will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time at ckbb's discretion during an event.
• Maximum stake limits per event and per market apply and will be displayed within the betting interface.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the ckbb Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied and independently audited by the game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the individual game providers and are available within the game information panels. ckbb does not manipulate RNG outputs or RTP settings. Malfunction of any game software voids all pays and play for that session.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games on ckbb are powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. The rules of each live table game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round that has already commenced, the outcome will be recorded and settled on the basis of the result confirmed by the live dealer studio.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckbb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method, or impersonating another person.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors or glitches in bonus calculations, or engaging in systematic bet hedging designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any software, script, robot, algorithm, or other automated system to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Money Laundering: Using the ckbb Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw proceeds of crime or to otherwise launder funds in contravention of applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider that were made in accordance with these Terms.
• Interference with the Platform: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform or its underlying game software.

Section 8 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ckbb Login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) codes with any third party under any circumstances. ckbb recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ckbb account that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

All content on the ckbb Platform — including but not limited to the ckbb brand name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, images, software, source code, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to ckbb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or use any content from the Platform in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of ckbb, except where such use is for your own personal and non-commercial reference only. You must not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Section 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckbb shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ckbb has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical malfunction.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, markets, or game information resulting from third-party data feeds or game provider systems outside ckbb's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ckbb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Section 13 Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time.

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your ckbb account at any time by contacting support via live chat or emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (net of any uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

13.2 Termination by ckbb

ckbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• ckbb has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Where an account is closed by ckbb for breach of these Terms, ckbb reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Section 14 Amendments to These Terms

ckbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ckbb will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will post a notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 14 days before the changes take effect. Where changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligation, they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

Section 15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ckbb holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

ckbb operates under an international gaming licence. Use of the Platform does not constitute advice that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your country of residence before using the Platform.
